- ITI consolidated marks memo OR semester-wise marks memo
- Community certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates
- Disability certificate (for PWD candidates)
- One passport size photo (Image should not be more than 1 MB in size)
- Candidate’s signature (Image should not be more than 1 MB in size)
- Discharge certificate (in case of Ex-servicemen and children of Ex-Servicemen)
- Service certificate (in case of children of serving jawans/ officers of Armed forces)
