Chief Legal Aid Defense

• Counsel Practice in Criminal law for at least 10 years.
• Must have handled at least 30 Sessions trails including appeals in session Courts.
• Excellent oral and Written Communication skills

Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel 

• Practice in Criminal law for at least 7 years.
• Must have handled at least 20 Sessions trails including appeals in session Courts.
• Excellent understanding of criminal law and an understanding of ethical duties.
• Excellent oral and Written Communication skills

Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel 

• Practice in Session law for at least 3 years.
• Through an understanding of ethical duties.
• Good oral and Written Communication skills
• Excellent Research and Written Communication skills

Office Assistants 

• Graduation
• Basic word processing skills.
• Good oral and Written Communication skills
• Typing speed 40 W.P.M

• Deputy Chief of Legal Aid Defense Counsel -Rs. 60,000/- Per Month
• Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel- Rs. 45,000/- Per Month
• Office Assistants -Rs. 25,000/- Per Month
• Receptionist-cum-Data Entry Operator- Rs. 20,000/- Per Month
• Office Peon -Rs. 15,000/- Per Month

Age Limit:

• Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel- Minimum 35 years and Maximum 55 years
