 Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Chief Fire Officer / A: 

• Higher Secondary / 10+2 / Matric with 12th class Pass with minimum 50% marks. Passed Divisional Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur. B.E in Fire Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

✔️ Technical Officer / C (Computers): 

• B.E / B.Tech engineering graduate in Computer Science / Electronics or relevant discipline.

✔️ Deputy Chief Fire Officer / A: 

• Higher Secondary / 10+2 / Matric with 12th class Pass with minimum 50% marks. Passed Divisional Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur + 06 years relevant experience (OR) B.E in Fire Engineering with minimum 60% marks + 02 years relevant experience.

✔️ Station Officer / A: 

• HSC / 10+2 / Matric with 12th class Pass with minimum 50% marks. Passed Divisional Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur + 05 years relevant experience (OR) B.E in Fire Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

✔️ Sub Officer / B: 

• HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + Passed Sub-Officer’s Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur + 12 years relevant experience. (OR) Persons having valid Heavy Vehicle Driving licenses will be given preference + 15 years of relevant experience.

✔️ Driver cum Pump Operator cum Fireman / A: 

• HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% of marks + valid Heavy Vehicle Driving license with minimum one-year driving experience + certificate course in fire-fighting equipment such as Fire Extinguishers etc from the State Fire Training Centre.

Age Limit:

• Chief Fire Officer / A: Not more than 40 years
• Technical Officer / C (Computers): Not more than 35 years
• Deputy Chief Fire Officer / A: Not more than 40 years
• Station Officer / A: Not more than 40 years
• Sub Officer / B: Not more than 40 years
• Driver cum Pump Operator cum Fireman / A (DPOF/A): Not more than 27 years

Pay Scale:

• Chief Fire Officer / A: ₹ 67,700/- in Level 11
• Technical Officer / C (Computers): ₹ 56,100/- in Level 10
• Deputy Chief Fire Officer / A: ₹ 56,100/- in Level 10
• Station Officer / A: ₹ 47,600/- in Level 08
